We are hiring

We have a vacancy for a full and part time chef to join our team. 

Our dishes are made using fresh local ingredients where possible and we make handstretched stonebaked pizzas in our open kitchen pizza oven, all of our chefs have a input on new menu ideas.

Experience is preferred but all training can be given and we could look to putting the right person towards a nvq qualification.

Schedule:10 hour shift
8 hour shift
28 days Holiday

We open Monday to Sunday.
Evenings and weekends. Latest finish is around 9pm every day including Friday and Saturdays as kitchen closes at 8.30pm.
Minimum of 35-40 hours(full time) and minimum 12/16(part time) per week.

Straight shifts no splits, with 1 hour break & free on shift meal included.

1 in 5 weekends off where possible, alternating with other chefs, when fully staffed we try to have a 4 day working week where possible, with 3 days off.

Own transport is preferred as public transport to newotwn linford is very minimal after 4pm in the afternoons.

We try our best to provide a good work/life balance, shifts start from 9.30/10am and the Kitchen currently closes at 8.30pm tuesday-saturdays and 6pm on Monday and Sunday so no late finishes like other restaurants and chains.
